Traffic statistics for August 2022 show a growth in the number of domestic travelers of +16.7 percent compared to the same month in 2019.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 18.75pt 0cm 12.0pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">In August 2022, 22,005 domestic passengers flew to or from Skellefte\u00e5 Airport, which is an increase of 3,152 passengers or 16.7 percent compared to the same month in 2019. This means that Skellefte\u00e5 Airport has had more domestic travelers since April than in 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Skellefte\u00e5&#039;s growth is obviously the biggest factor in our rapid recovery, but the statistics are also a testament to Skellefte\u00e5 Airport&#039;s importance for passenger transport to and from the region, says the airport&#039;s CEO Robert Lindberg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 18.75pt 0cm 18.75pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Compared to 2019, there are more operators and more destinations.
