The number of domestic travelers amounted to 259,844, which is an increase of 132,107. This means that the number of domestic travelers was only<br \/>\n5,608 fewer than the number of passengers the airport had in 2019 before the corona pandemic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Skellefte\u00e5 Airport is one of the airports in Sweden that has recovered the fastest after the corona pandemic. Now that the 2022 traffic figures have been presented, they show that the airport only had -5,608 (-2.1%) domestic passengers compared to the number of passengers the airport had the year before the corona pandemic. The number of international travelers in 2022 was 7,672, which is 6,971 more than in 2021 but 13,955 fewer than in the normal year 2019. In total, 267,516 travelers traveled to or from Skellefte\u00e5 last year, which is 139,078 (+108.3%) more than in 2021 and -19,563 (-5.1%) than in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 We are very grateful for the rapid recovery.
