Airport bus
You can easily and environmentally friendly get into the city with the airport buses. The airport bus connects to SAS and Norwegian's departures to Stockholm Arlanda and Ryanair's regular departure to Gdansk.

Parking
If you arrive at Skellefteå Airport by car, you are welcome to park in one of our parking lots. Our parking lot consists of three different areas; a large free parking, a paid long-term parking lot with access to engine heaters and a paid short-term parking lot. The paid long-term parking lot has 10 charging stations.
Paid short-term parking
When you drive into the short-term parking lot located near the terminal building, your registration number is automatically recorded by a camera and your parking begins. When you then drive out of the parking lot, a camera records your registration number again and the parking ends automatically. If you have been to Skellefteå Airport's short-term parking lot only to drop off/pick up within 5 minutes, you can just drive out, otherwise you will pay for the time that exceeds the free parking time (advance payment). You pay 15 SEK for every 30 minutes.

Once you have left the parking lot, you must pay online within 48 hours. – Click on the link here
PAY FOR YOUR PARKING and fill in your registration number to see if you have any unpaid parking within the last 48 hours. Card payment is made securely via Nets.
Invoice – If you choose not to pay if you have a remaining debt, an invoice from Riverty will be sent to the vehicle owner's home and an invoice fee of SEK 39 will be added.

Free parking
We offer free parking when you fly from Skellefteå Airport in our special free parking. You are welcome to park in the free parking regardless of how long you will be away or whether you are traveling regularly or charter. You do not need a parking permit to park in the free parking.
When you arrive at the airport, park your car in the area directly to the right after the gate, which is signed "Free parking".
For those who wish to have an engine heater and deductible eliminated, we refer you to our paid long-term parking.
Long-term parking
Our paid long-term parking with engine heater is conveniently located near the terminal.
Price SEK
Per 30 minutes: 15:-
Per day: maximum 170:-
Per week: First week 750:-, then per week max 350:-
Payment in the terminal and at the exit barrier
You can choose between paying at the payment station inside the terminal building or outside at the exit barrier. If you have driven into the area by car by pressing a parking ticket, you can use it to pay for your parking. If you want to pay for your parking at the exit, you can swipe the same payment card or insert the parking ticket and swipe your payment card.
Quick guide parking
1. Swipe your payment card or press your ticket. The barrier will open.
2. Drive into the area and park the car.
3. Check in and travel.
4. Come back.
5. Pay for the time you have parked in the terminal or at the exit barrier.*
* You can pay with a ticket or a debit card. If you have a ticket, you can choose to pay inside the terminal before departing by car.
Annual parking
For those of you who travel frequently, we recommend annual parking. The subscription applies to any space in our long-term parking with or without engine heater. Starting aid
At Skellefteå Airport you can get help starting your car if the battery is discharged. For those who have parked in our paid long-term parking, starting assistance is included in the parking fee. For those who park in our free parking, we charge a fee of 200 SEK.
Due to insurance liability, you must connect the generator to your car yourself. The jump-start service does not apply to electric cars or plug-in hybrids.
Jamming
If you are stuck, you can get help with towing for a fee of 200 SEK.
Opening hours
The gate to the airport opens 1 hour before the first departure and closes 45 minutes after the last arrival. For Ryanair departures and charter departures, the gate opens 2 hours before departure.
Taxi
By taxi you get a smooth transfer to and from Skellefteå Airport. The taxi zone with available and pre-booked taxis is located just outside the arrivals hall. Drivers for available taxis are standing inside the arrivals hall. Drivers for pre-booked taxis are also waiting here. Taxi companies often charge a fixed price, but always ask for the price before starting the journey.
