Last winter, the tour operator Quality Travel arranged a charter trip from Skellefteå Airport to snow-sure Andorra and the Spanish Pyrenees. The trip was a success with many ski enthusiasts from northern Sweden on board and now the tour operator chooses
Q Travel to offer the same ski experience from Skellefteå Airport next winter.
Quality Travel works with accessibility and proximity by focusing on departures directly from Swedish regional airports. After the pandemic years, traffic was restarted last winter and it was an immediate success. Coming winter 2027, direct flights to the winter paradise of Andorra and the Spanish Pyrenees will be offered again from Skellefteå.

Shorter travel time via new destination
For the winter of 2026/2027, arrivals will be moved to Toulouse, replacing the previous airport in Lleida. For travelers, the change means a shorter travel time of approximately 30 minutes compared to previous years, and thus a smoother overall travel experience.

An old gem is back! – now with Swedish guide service
Finally, the destination Baqueira with Swedish guide service is back.
Baqueira is a ski resort at 1,500 meters above sea level with a genuine mountain feel, where you have direct access to Spain's largest ski system. Quality Travel's selected hotels are within walking distance of the cable car and where skiing awaits around the corner. Here you can enjoy local delicacies in cozy restaurants, stroll among the shops and share the slopes with the Spanish royal family who like to vacation here. The flight to Andorra and the Spanish Pyrenees from Skellefteå Airport will take place during the sports break week 10, 7–14 March 2027, and is already bookable. The flight will take place as before with a stopover in Gothenburg for boarding passengers.
